Terri Layne-Beigel, principal broker, president and founder of Ocean Real Estate, has been in the real estate business for over 30 years. Originally from the peninsula,  she has worked in the Southside Hampton roads market for over 20 years and knows the beach areas from the Great Neck/Shore Dr area to Sandbridge especially well. She is also licensed as an agent in California, where she used to work in the Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica areas.
